1. Returns and Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:
- The product received is different from the product ordered.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
- The product arrives damaged due to shipping.
Any issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order, along with photos or videos clearly showing the problem.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- The product does not meet the customer’s personal expectations.
- Products that have been used in the field or operated after delivery.
- Products that have been opened, modified, altered, or tampered with.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Special-order or customized products.
3. Conditions for Return Approval
- Proof of purchase or original invoice must be provided.
- The product must be returned with all original accessories.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- The product must not show signs of field use, damage, or unauthorized modifications.
4. Product Inspection
Upon receiving the returned product, our technical team will inspect it within 3 to 7 business days.
If a manufacturing defect or store error is confirmed, we will:
- Replace the product with a new unit, or
- Issue a full refund.
The final resolution will depend on product condition and stock availability.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Refund processing may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
6. Shipping Costs
- Detectors Shop will cover shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs in all other approved return cases.
7. Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or negligence.
- Physical damage, impact damage, or accidental breakage.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Damage caused by water, improper storage, or improper operation.
